Job summary

World Finance Corporation of New Mexico is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax services. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform bank runs and transport deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document all activity.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including credit denial letters and tax documents.
• Handle and balance cash, and complete required bank runs to deliver deposits.
