World Finance Corporation of New Mexico is seeking a part-time Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage collections, and help customers with tax returns in a busy branch in New Mexico. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans to meet performance goals.

You will balance high-volume outreach with accurate record-keeping, while supporting tax preparation, payments, and account inquiries in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business generation.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and questions.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with policies and regulations.
• Process payments, updates, and document activity in company systems.
