World Finance Corporation of New Mexico is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. This in-person, branch-based role requires daily outbound calling, client meetings, and the ability to close loans while maintaining compliant records.

You will balance fast-paced workloads, handle challenging conversations, and work toward performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and balance deposits as required.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax preparation, and account management.
