Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to this position is required.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license; bondable.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loans for accuracy and assists team with questions.
• Handles incoming/outgoing collection calls for past due/charged-off accounts.
• Sends collection letters and provides loan history to customers; processes mail returns.
• Orders payment coupons and processes correspondence into imaging system.
• Trains team members on tasks and supports branches/departments.
