Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal and external requests and build relationships between operations and the Bank.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone or email.
• Communicate professionally in oral and written form and follow up with employees and customers.
• Prepare and mail daily notices.
• Place Debit and Credit card orders and handle card maintenance & disputes.
• Assist with risk assessment processes - CAMS / Cardtracker alerts.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and logs.
• Support branch requests and research related to Deposit Operations products and procedures.
