Job summary

United Fidelity Bank seeks a Lending Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality, accuracy, and compliance of lending operations across commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans. You will work with the Lending Quality Assurance Manager to identify trends and recommend improvements to strengthen loan quality and process consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations.
• Experience with Finastra LaserPro or similar platforms.
• Experience with Fiserv core banking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files to verify documentation accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform pre-closing and post-closing reviews to ensure due diligence and proper documentation.
• Validate accuracy of information in core banking systems (loan boarding, covenants, ticklers, policy exceptions).
• Identify findings, trends, and potential risks; communicate and collaborate on corrective actions and process improvements.
• Partner withLoan Administration, Loan Servicing, Retail Lending, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence and training initiatives.
