• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in lending, servicing, quality control, audit, or compliance.
• Hands-on with pre-funding and post-closing audits and third-party coordination.
• Proficiency with LOS/servicing platforms and Excel/Power BI.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause analysis, and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for pre-funding and post-closing audits with third-party firms.
• Coordinate sample selections, document requests, responses, and due dates.
• Track and resolve audit findings, ensuring remediation and evidence of action.
• Perform QC testing on real estate, consumer, and commercial loans for compliance.
• Verify data integrity across LOS, servicing system, and data warehouse; correct mismatches.
• Validate calculations (APR, escrow, fees, term) and compare information across systems.
• Maintain test scripts and control checklists; update for changes.
• Produce repeatable QC reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Log defects, track remediation to closure, test corrective actions.
• Recommend process and training improvements to reduce defects.
• Coordinate secure document transfer with auditors and protect sensitive data.
