Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years' work experience in the banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review and analyze all loan transactions for accuracy, flag irregularities.
• Demonstrate understanding of general accounting principles.
• Perform data entry, review and submits reports.
• Track reports and track exceptions.
• Review and data-review of new and renewed loans, loan denials, HMDA for compliance, lien perfection and bank policies.
• Document imaging of loan documents and verification of images.
• Review insurance policies for loans to ensure continued coverage for collateral.
• Perform tasks related to escrow loans.
• Involve in the appraisal engagement process.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
