• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant.
• Perform administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, handling insurance requests, title work, and building new customer profiles in the system.
• Review and sort loan documents for closings, prepare disbursements, complete loan checklists, and image loan packets.
• Provide designated Lending Officers with regular updates on loan status and customer needs.
