Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years loan documentation experience or 3+ years equivalent experience.
Knowledge of UCC; Regulations B, C, Z; RESPA; FCRA; Flood Disaster Protection Act; related lending and compliance rules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.

Responsibilities

Review new loan packets to ensure all documents are received from the Lending Line.
Analyze loan applications and loan commitments for proposed and closed transactions.
Adhere to Mabrey’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
Prepare and audit documents for execution at loan closing.
Maintain courteous, professional communications with teammates and customers.
