Job summary

Mabrey Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist in South Tulsa, OK to prepare loan documents and review commitments for various commercial transactions. This full-time role follows a Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm pattern and Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, with hours varying by business needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of loan-doc experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience, plus solid knowledge of UCC and lending regs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of loan documentation experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of UCC, Regulations B, C, and Z; RESPA; FCRA; Flood Act; and related lending rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs for generating loan documents.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan packets to ensure documents are received from the Lending Line.
• Analyze loan applications and commitments for proposed and closed transactions.
• Adhere to Mabrey’s EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
• Prepare and audit documents for loan closing.
• Maintain courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.

Job Details: Job Location: South Tulsa Branch - Tulsa, OK 74137, As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist, you will hold responsibility for preparing loan documents and reviewing closed loan commitments for new, renewed, refinanced, and modified basic commercial credit transactions. If you have a keen attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment – we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you’ll need to be our Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-plus years of loan documentation experience or three-plus years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code; Regulations B, C, and Z; RESPA; the Fair Credit Reporting Act; the Flood Disaster Protection Act; and other federal; and state regulations related to lending, consumer compliance, and commercial lending policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs from generating loan documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
