Job summary

Mabrey Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant at the Okmulgee Main Branch to support Lending Officers throughout the loan process. You will coordinate documentation, pull credit, and manage profiles to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining timely updates for clients.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of banking experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, with some variation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant.
• Perform administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, arranging insurance, title work, and building new customer profiles in the system.
• Review and sort loan documents for closings, prepare disbursement, complete loan checklists, and image loan packets.
• Provide designated Lending Officers with regular updates on loan status and client needs.

Job Location: Okmulgee Main Branch - Okmulgee, OK 74447

As a Loan Assistant, you will provide assistance to designated Lending Officers related to all aspects of the loan process. You will oversee the entire loan process and serve as a liaison between our client, Lending Officer, and the Credit Administration team.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.
