Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Tulsa seeks a Private Banking support professional to assist Private Banking Officers with loan documentation, loan servicing, and client management, coordinating with other departments to meet internal and external customer needs.

Responsibilities include processing loan closings, preparing documents, loan funding, ordering title reports, UCC filings, and assisting with deposit activity and covenant monitoring.

Qualifications

• Three years of loan processing or loan servicing experience in a similar financial environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• General knowledge of bank processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Working knowledge of deposit systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with lending activities, such as loan closings, preparation of loan documents, loan funding, title reports, UCC filings, and inquiries.
• Assist customers with deposit activities, including opening new accounts, wire transfers, account transfers, and exception item processing.
• Assist relationship managers with administrative tasks, including phones, correspondence, covenant monitoring, and file maintenance.
• Prepare monthly activity monitoring reports.
• Interact with customers and bank officers to process collection of documents and financial information.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
