Job summary

The role requires 2 years of loan processing or mortgage experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard office and loan origination/CRM tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Loan Officers to gather borrower documentation
• Review application packages and resolve discrepancies before underwriting
• Retrieve and evaluate credit reports to ensure program compliance
• Serve as primary contact for applicants and guests
• Coordinate with title agents, buyers, and lenders to schedule closings
• Track loan milestones to keep processing on schedule
