The role requires 2+ years in loan servicing, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong communication to support members throughout the loan lifecycle. Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with a first shift on an hourly contract.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Loan Servicing, Consumer Loans, or similar experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of consumer loan accounts from boarding through payoff.
• Process payments, extensions, modifications, and updates with accuracy.
• Research transactions, balances, interest, and discrepancies to resolve issues.
• Provide clear, timely member support and coordinate with internal teams.
