Job summary

Bank of Lexington in Lexington, KY is seeking an hourly Mortgage Loan Processor to support residential and commercial loan workflows. You will assist applicants, gather documents, and coordinate with credit bureaus, title companies, appraisers and real estate professionals involved in the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in a customer service role.
• Experience interacting with the public preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mortgage loan applications and gather required information.
• Coordinate credit reports, flood zone determinations, and UCC filings; work with title companies and appraisers.
• Originate loan documentation and onboard loans; conduct funding and processing payments.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.
