Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months collections experience preferred.
• High School/GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and payment options.
• Assist with loan processing, document review, and paperwork for regulatory compliance.
• Execute loan closings and ensure all loan requirements are explained to customers.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts and locate past-due customers.
• Enter payments and update customer information in loan management software.
• Maintain accurate loan documents and notes per company guidelines.
