Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Loan Specialist to support the branch manager by processing loan applications, assembling and verifying documents, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate paper flow and timely data entry in the loan management system to mitigate risk. Responsibilities include contacting customers about payment arrangements, facilitating extensions and modifications, and coordinating pay schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience.
• 6 months collections experience preferred.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay due amounts or arrange payment.
• Close loans by explaining requirements.
• Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Locate past-due customers using company tools.
• Process loan applications accurately and timely.
• Enter payments into loan management software.
• Maintain loan documents per guidelines.
