Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months of collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach.
• Excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships with excellent communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Persuade customers to pay or arrange payment via phone or mail; explore refinancing options to bring accounts current.
• Close loans by ensuring all loan requirements are explained.
• Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Use location services to locate past-due customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications and maintain customer data in the system.
