Qualifications

• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• 6 months of Collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assemble and verify loan documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Make collection calls and arrange payment plans as needed.
• Enter payments into loan management software and maintain notes.
• Assist with extensions and modifications as requested.
• Maintain all loan paperwork and update customer information.
