Colonial Group in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Loan Specialist to support the branch manager in maintaining a profitable, compliant office through accurate loan processing and robust administration.

Responsibilities include processing loan applications, assembling documents, coordinating payments and extensions, and ensuring timely entry in the loan management system, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth.

Formación

• 1 year customer service experience is required.
• 6 months of collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills are important.
• Detail-oriented with basic math abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Persuade customers to pay due amounts or arrange payments by phone or mail.
• Close loans by explaining all loan requirements.
• Make collection calls on overdue accounts.
• Use loan management software to input data and track payments.
• Maintain loan documents per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Sell ancillary products where applicable (taxes, referrals).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications by reviewing pending items.
