Wings Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Coordinator in Minnesota to accurately process personal and home equity loan files and ensure compliance throughout the underwriting and closing process.

You will review documentation, prepare real estate and lien documents, verify underwriting conditions, and support member service while identifying cross-sell opportunities. Notary duties (in-person, e-notary, remote online) are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years customer service in financial services.
• 1+ years consumer lending or mortgage experience.
• 2+ years consumer loan processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan files (personal & HELOC) accurately and timely.
• Review documentation to ensure complete loan packages.
• Prepare real estate documents and ensure lien position.
• Verify underwriting conditions before loan closing.
• Ensure compliance with HMDA/MLA and other regulations.
• Cross-sell opportunities and provide excellent member service.
• Perform notary acts (in-person, e-notary, remote online).
