Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; equivalent combos welcomed.
• 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Experience with credit analysis software and financial spreads.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written credit presentations and loan approval recommendations for complex commercial loans.
• Collaborate on loan structure and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and analyze financial spreads to assess debt service capacity.
• Evaluate borrower and guarantor credit risk and cash flow.
• Participate in industry groups and due diligence activities.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and BSA training.
