Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with business coursework required.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience within banking industry required.
• Courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing, data entry, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle time pressures and stress; strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan documentation.
• Process payments and advances; update collateral tracking.
• Prepare client correspondences and assist with inquiries.
• Close and organize loan files; ensure compliance with regulations.
