This role supports member onboarding, cross-selling, and notary services while engaging with customers in person and over the phone. You will educate members on products and help them achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and comfort with cross-selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Notary and mortgage licensing requirements may apply upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening accounts.
• Cross-sell products and make referrals to loans, deposits and fees.
• Build lasting member relationships through consultative service.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups and outreach.
• Provide notary services and support virtual or in-branch transactions.
• Ensure compliance and protect member privacy.
