Responsibilities

• Originate and process loan documentation and file uploads.
• Process payments and advances; update collateral tracking and prepare wire requests.
• Close and organize loan files; monitor insurance documents and UCC filings.
• Provide service in person, on the telephone, and via email.
• Prepare and send paid-off loan correspondences and documentation.
• Participate in internal training and maintain compliance with regulations.
