You will work with a range of loan programs and a skilled lending team to move opportunities from initial contact through closing.

The role requires meeting monthly origination targets, maintaining an active loan pipeline, and delivering timely updates to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Source new loan opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loans, and negotiate terms per guidelines.
• Build relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referrals.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline from opportunity to closing.
• Keep CRM up to date with prospect, customer, and loan data.
• Monitor pipeline performance and production results for improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and internal teams to close loans.
• Serve as the primary contact during financing, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events to generate opportunities.
