• Experience sourcing loan opportunities and meeting origination targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, and brokers.
• Manage an active loan pipeline from opportunity to closing using a CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from opportunity to closing.
• Keep accurate customer and loan information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong client relationships.
• Drive growth through market insight and effective deal structuring.
