Job summary

Dunmor is seeking a Loan Originator to grow our business by building relationships with borrowers, investors, and referral partners. You will guide borrowers through the financing process, structure loan solutions, and work with our lending team to close loans efficiently.

You will manage an active pipeline, meet monthly origination targets of $2 million or more, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Customer Care and Credit to keep deals moving.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing new loan opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Ability to meet monthly loan origination targets.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and lending trends.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach and referrals.
• Evaluate financing opportunities and negotiate terms per lending guidelines.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline from opportunity to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and build market awareness.
