Job summary

Dunmor seeks a Loan Originator in Arizona to drive new business and guide borrowers through financing options for residential and multifamily projects. You’ll build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, evaluate opportunities, and structure loans within Dunmor’s lending guidelines.

Maintain an active loan pipeline from opportunity to closing, coordinate with Customer Care and Credit, and represent Dunmor at industry events to expand market presence while aiming to meet monthly

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and close loan opportunities.
• Strong network with investors, builders, brokers and referral partners.
• Experience in residential and multifamily financing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach and referrals.
• Consistently meet monthly origination targets and manage a robust pipeline.
• Evaluate financing opportunities and structure loans within lending guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets and lending trends.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit and other teams to close loans.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and expand market presence.
