Job summary

Dunmor is a direct real estate lender seeking a proactive Loan Originator in Tulsa, OK to drive new business, nurture borrower and referral partnerships, and guide clients through financing solutions. You’ll orchestrate opportunities from outreach to closing and work with a lending team to streamline processes for speed and transparency.

You will build a robust referral network, stay informed about real estate markets and lending trends, and maintain an active pipeline to meet monthly production

Qualifications

• Must generate new business and meet production targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
• Manage and perfom pipeline from opportunity to closing.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Follow up with industry contacts to develop new relationships and generate loan opportunities.
• Achieves or exceeds monthly origination volume of $2 million or more.
