What You'll Do

1. Proactively source new borrowers through marketing, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
2. Respond rapidly to loan inquiries and follow up consistently to maximize opportunities.
3. Collaborate with Loan Processors to assemble application packages and efficiently move deals through underwriting.
4. Manage borrower relationships from application to servicing, building trust and loyalty.
5. Expand your network by building strong relationships with real estate agents, appraisers, and other professionals.

Compensation

Base Salary

All Loan Originators receive a $50,000 annualized base salary during their first six months. This provides financial stability while training, learning systems, and building pipelines.

Commission Structure

Once active, Originators earn commissions on funded loan volume. Deals from F Street-provided leads pay 50 basis points (0.50%), while self-sourced deals pay 75 basis points (0.75%). This rewards initiative and execution.

Conversion Performance Incentives

Originators are expected to close at least 9% of their lead flow from F Street. High performers can earn an additional 5 bps for every 2% above the baseline, up to 15%, once a funding threshold of $2,000,000 is met.
