Position Summary:

Our licensed Loan Officers receive leads through advanced AI and marketing channels, engaging with clients nationwide. They analyze financial situations, build relationships, and recommend suitable products, while proactively generating their own business.

Responsibilities:

• Follow company playbooks and schedules
• Determine the best loan products, lock the loan, and submit preliminary paperwork
• Collaborate with administrators and underwriters
• Focus on new loan originations
• Ensure 14-day close requirements are met
• Manage various loan types including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA

Requirements:

• Valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
• At least 2 years of sales and mortgage experience, or 5 years with willingness to train
• Availability to work 40-45 hours weekly
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Sound judgment on credit and funding issues
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Selection Process:

• Phone interview with Recruiter
• Assessment
• Zoom interview with Team Leader and Staff
• Final interview with CEO

Training:

• Mandatory two-week training for new hires

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Closed Sundays and Holidays

Compensation:

• W-2 employment only
• Base salary and/or commissions depending on role
