We are currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership? Do you take pride in building relationships and guiding others through important financial decisions? As a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking mortgage loans—offering guidance, expertise, and support every step of the way.

You’ll also represent Prime Financial in the community—building connections with realtors, housing agencies, and local organizations, particularly within the Hispanic/Latino community.

What You’ll Do:

• Take complete and accurate mortgage loan applications and advise members on loan options
• Review credit and financial information to determine the best loan product for each member
• Build strong relationships with community partners and represent Prime at local events
• Work with processing and underwriting teams to keep loans moving and members informed
• Help meet mortgage lending goals—aiming to close an average of 10 loans/month
• Maintain active NMLS license
• Contribute to a strong team culture grounded in service and trust

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English—you’ll be serving many Spanish-speaking members
• Experience in mortgage lending
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of TILA, Fair Housing, and financial services
• Self-motivated with great time management and decision-making abilities
• Passion for helping others—especially those historically underserved by traditional lenders
