What You'll Do

• Proactively source new borrowers through marketing, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
• Respond rapidly to loan inquiries and consistently follow up to maximize every opportunity.
• Collaborate with Loan Processors to assemble application packages and move deals efficiently through underwriting.
• Own borrower relationships from application through servicing, building trust and loyalty.
• Grow your network by building strong relationships with real estate agents, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.

• Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

All Loan Originators receive a $50,000 annualized base salary during their first six months of employment. This guaranteed income is designed to provide financial stability during the ramp-up period while LOs complete training, learn the systems, and begin building their pipeline.

Commission Structure

Once live, Originators earn commission on all funded loan volume. Deals that come from

F Street-provided leads pay 50 basis points (0.50%), while deals that are self-sourced by the Originator pay a higher rate of 75 basis points (0.75%). This structure rewards both execution and personal initiative.

Conversion Performance Incentives

Every Originator is expected to close at least 9% of their lead flow from F Street. To reward high performers, an incentive accelerator applies: for every 2% above the 9% baseline, LOs earn an additional 5 bps on their total F Street commissions for the month, up to 15%, once the baseline funding amount of $2,000,000 is achieved.
