Responsibilities

• Market and promote the suite of Assurance residential products
• Meet and exceed company production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and referral sources
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the loan process
• Collect and analyze customer financial information
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable financial products
• Advise customers on loan options
• Gather necessary documents and information for loan processing
• Oversee the loan process and ensure compliance with terms
• Communicate loan status to stakeholders
• Negotiate loan terms with customers
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of loan originator experience for Loan Originator role
• At least 5 years of experience for Senior Loan Originator role
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets and use AU software
• Active involvement in community and professional organizations
