Position Summary

Citywide Home Mortgage is hiring a motivated and experienced Remote Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven ability to generate business independently. As a Loan Officer, you will help clients navigate the mortgage process, analyze financial options, and deliver exceptional service—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their financial profiles and homeownership aspirations.
• Analyze mortgage options and recommend personalized loan solutions.
• Manage and organize clients' financial documents to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process with accuracy and professionalism.
• Stay informed about current mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate referrals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in the mortgage industry with prior experience as a Loan Officer.
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to generate business independently in a remote work environment.
• Experience in finance or real estate is preferred but not required.
