Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan loan documents into the computer system.
• Prepare checks, statements, and notices from the system.
• Monitor ticklers and assist in loan reports.
• Review mail and insurance notices.
• Check documents for accuracy and obtain missing information.
• Track collateral insurance on loan applications.
• Maintain collateral records, titles, insurance, and lien releases.
• Process paid loan files and return documents.
• Maintain paid loan file retention.
• Develop knowledge of loan products and services to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with inquiries or service issues.
• Follow policies to ensure risk management and compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report information to supervisor and provide data as required.
• Participate in community events and volunteer initiatives.
