Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Business Support Rep- VI Loan Operations to provide operational and customer service support for auto, mortgage and other loan processes. You will board loans into the host system, perform reconciliations, and support treasury activities while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• High School or Technical College, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience.
• 1-2 years mortgage/auto loan processing experience; some Fannie Mae familiarity.
• Fannie Mae Servicing knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive renewal policies for auto loans and update the host system daily.
• Complete daily recaps, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks.
• Handle mortgage payoffs and returns.
• Enter/validate new auto loans.
• Prepare releases for mortgage and consumer loans paid-in-full accounts.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Review Auto Loan Syster (ALS) Cash Collateral report weekly.
• Process dealer incentive disbursements by the 5th of each month.
• Process suspense and unposted items.
• Process outgoing and incoming collections.
• Maintain custody bonds and liaise with Lt. Governor’s office.
