Job summary

FirstBank Florida is seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to support Relationship Officers in originating and closing loans and servicing accounts. You will coordinate with various teams, handle customer inquiries, and help ensure accurate loan documentation and disbursement.

The role requires close collaboration with branches and internal departments, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. This is an on-site position in the Miami area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an Associate Degree with related experience.
• Two years of experience in commercial banking operations or customer service is required.
• Must write and speak English clearly; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Officers in loan and account origination, closing, and servicing tasks.
• Process loan documents, credit approvals, and collateral documentation with accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries, account balances, payments, and due dates.
• Coordinate with supporting areas to disburse loan proceeds and ensure accurate data entry.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer them to Relationship Officers and other teams.
