You will collect borrower information, review documents, and coordinate with the Managing Loan Officer to ensure timely processing. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a basic Loan Officer Assistant role
• Experience with loan applications and document collection is a plus
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS and MS Office is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide WoW service to clients from initial contact through contract
• Lead follow up and document review scripts
• Collect and review borrower basic information and documentation
• Pull initial credit and prepare pre-approval documents
• Add contract details to loan files and coordinate with title company/realtor
• Maintain regular contact with Managing Loan Officer on file status
• Attend team huddles and coordinate with LOA team leaders
• Liaise between borrowers and third parties (realtor, title company)
