Job summary

Union Home Mortgage Corp. is seeking an organized Loan Officer Assistant to support the loan process from initial contact to contract.

You will provide WOW service to clients, collect documents, review borrower files, and coordinate with the Managing Loan Officer in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 1+ year in LOA, strong multitasking, and proficiency with Encompass LOS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Loan Officer Assistant role.
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to clients from initial contact through contract.
• Lead follow up and appointment scheduling with clients and realtors.
• Document review and collection of borrower information.
• Request and review borrower documentation for pre-approval.
• Maintain regular contact with the Managing Loan Officer on file status.
• Attend team huddles and coordinate with LOA Team Leader.
• Liaise between borrower, realtor, and title company.
