Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support a top mortgage team and deliver a five-star client experience from application through closing.

You will work with the branch manager and operations team in a fast-paced environment, coordinating documentation, answering inquiries, and ensuring accuracy. 3+ years of mortgage experience is preferred, with a focus on organization and client service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of mortgage experience is required.
• Preferred degree in banking or finance and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• NMLS license or training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between clients, branch manager, and loan originator; coordinate follow-up items.
• Prepare documentation for verifications and underwriting, including loan files and packages.
• Check loan package documents for accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Assist with administrative duties such as calls and appointments.
• Answer client and staff questions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
