Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Boise, ID is hiring a Part-Time Member Service Representative at our Ustick Road branch. The role supports members with transactions, opens new accounts, and promotes MACU products in person and over the phone.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with incentives and opportunities for salary increases based on experience and performance. Schedule is 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts and a weekday day off.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist with accounts.
• Advise on MACU products and services to meet member needs.
• Process transactions and maintain branch security.
• Meet sales and service goals.
