Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clerical and/or banking experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

• Strong mathematical aptitude, with ability to analyze and reconcile accounts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual and periodic escrow analyses.
• Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance.
• Set up, update, and maintain escrow records on loan accounts.
• Review tax bills and insurance invoices for processing and payment from escrow accounts.
• Research and resolve escrow account discrepancies, shortages, surpluses, and payment issues.
• Communicate with insurance agencies, tax authorities, and internal staff regarding escrow and insurance servicing matters.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records and documentation.
• Assist with audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.
