Job summary

Andover Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist I to join its Loan Administration team in Ohio. This role handles daily servicing tasks, escrow management, tax payments, mortgage and insurance billing, and documentation audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with branch staff and customers, maintain records, and help resolve issues to keep loan accounts current. Onsite work and timely performance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to learn bank regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Regular onsite attendance.
• Provide accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintains knowledge of bank regulations, security and compliance responsibilities, products, policies, procedures and meets deadlines.
• Maintains accurate and timely records for incomplete loan documentation.
• Oversees escrow accounts on loans for taxes and insurance and performs escrow analysis.
• Prepare real estate tax payments to various counties semi annually.
• Process monthly Mortgage Insurance and Force Plan Insurance Billings.
• Maintains monthly Flood Zone Reports.
• Assist with the daily servicing functions of resolving issues either by direct telephone contact with borrowers, branch and customer support center personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
