Job summary

First National Bank Alaska is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative/Specialist to provide moderately complex loan servicing support and escrow functions. You will assist internal and external customers with escalated loan and escrow questions, prepare correspondence, and maintain loan and escrow accounts.

Strong communication and numerical skills are essential. The role offers growth from representative to specialist based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Two years of loan servicing, banking, or progressively responsible administrative or related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
• Preferred: Customer service experience.
• Three years’ loan servicing, real estate, financial industry or related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists internal and external customers with escalated loan and/or escrow questions and maintains necessary documentation.
• Analyzes and addresses loan and escrow servicing-related issues and customer complaints.
• Reviews reports, researches errors, and reconciles accounts.
• Maintains bank-controlled accounts and remits funds accordingly.
• Stays current on regulations and may direct workflow within the unit.
