Qualifications

• Accurate keyboard data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy and adherence to the credit approval.
• Book loans into the loan system within 24-48 hours of receipt utilizing LaserPro to Jack Henry interface.
• Request additional information from all regions on any un-bookable loan packages.
• Add collateral and collateral document listing in Jack Henry.
• Fund loan in Jack Henry and ensure loan fees are disbursed and processed correctly.
• Prepare general ledger ticket items at time of booking and clear GL exceptions.
• Disperse collateral documents to appropriate area for recording or tracking.
• Review various reports to ensure accuracy of loan set up.
• Code and input data into the loan systems.
• Follow compliance regulations and policies applicable to this position.
