First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to manage the workflow of the Loan Documentation team and provide administrative support across Retail, Commercial, and Agricultural lending.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on system functionality, regulatory compliance, and documentation strategy, collaborating across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in document generation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Analyzes discrepancies, identifies root causes, and implements solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME in loan documentation processing and regulatory compliance.

• Monitors compliance, resolves operational issues, and ensures timely tasks completion.
• Oversees integrations between loan documentation and core systems, including upgrades.
• Develops and updates departmental procedures and conducts audits preparation.
