The role requires expertise in loan documentation systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvements, with collaboration across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in document generation and system integration.

Qualifications

• Basic banking principles and financial services knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software and computer literacy.
• 4+ years in banking, loan processing, or general office administration preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro and familiarity with Credit Bureau reporting a plus.
• Demonstrates strong numerical reasoning and basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Acts as SME in loan documentation processing; guides on regulatory and system changes.
• Mentors peers and supports team development through training and collaboration.
• Leads integration between loan documentation and core systems; supports testing and upgrades.
• Manages daily team tasks based on workload and priorities; uses workflow tracking tools.
• Supports compliance by maintaining records and preparing for audits.
• Reviews reports to detect data or transaction discrepancies and coordinates with teams to fix them.
• Leads departmental projects; develops plans, timelines and coordinates resources.
• Continuously evaluates workflows and tools to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Maintains templates, parameters, and system settings of loan documentation software; coordinates with vendors.
